My BirthDay Thoooooooooooo!!! #Sagg

So guysssssss, my birthday is this Saturday, December 13th! I'm finally going to turn 17 years old. I'm kind of excited for my birthday, but not that much because most of the time my birthday just feels like another day to me. However, this birthday I will be going out with some of my friends to the movies and hopefully I will have a good time. I was inviting almost everybody because I wanted everyone to come (Laugh Out Loud) :D. Taylor was telling me my birthday movie day was going to turn into a senior trip. If it does I don't mind, but you know how you invite people and some will say they're going to go and end up not coming. So it doesn't really matter if I invite a lot of people. I really, really, really want my donuts tomorrow. Donuts are sooooooo good. Teanna bought me some today and she made my day!!! Shout out to Teanna!!! But anyways, I guess I’m excited for my birthday, but this year it’s not that serious to me. I feel for my 18th birthday, I might really go all out and enjoy myself. Especially since this senior year is so stressful and hectic, I’m not really focused on my birthday right now. All I’m praying for is for me to get those college applications in and figure out what I’m doing with my future and where I’m going with my future. Anyways, I will be turning 17 soon and shout out to all my Sagittarius because we’re definitely the best!

Jhene Aiko Keep Your Head Up (Cover) SSR

The song “Keep Your Head Up” originated from rapper Tupac. Singer Jhene Aiko covered the song and I loved her version because she made the song sound so angelic, serene and full of passion. Jhene Aiko’s voice is so simple, but it makes you listen and want to hear more. When I heard this song covered by her, it really made me think about what’s been going on in the world. I love the part when she says “You know it makes me unhappy, When brothers have babies and leaves a young mother to be a pappy, And since we all came from a woman, Got our name from our woman, And our game from our woman”. I loves this part because it’s a real problem in the world because men are making babies and not caring for them. Children shouldn't have to grow up without a father because some men prefer to not take care of their responsibilities. I also don't understand how some men could just leave a woman all alone with their child when they were birthed by a woman. Men should have respect for woman because of that simple fact. I also love the part when she sings "I think it's time we kill for our woman, Heal our woman, Be real to our woman, Cuz if not we'll have a race of babies that'll hate the ladies that make the babies, And since a man can't make one, He has no right to tell a woman when and where to create one". This part stuck to me because I never thought about it that way and I actually agree because if some men are going to act as if they don't have a child and just not take care of them, then they have no say so in if a woman has a baby or not. Woman are the ones that struggle to take care of the generations because men don't know how to be real men.

Ms. Tomlin's Class

Lately all the teachers have been giving us an abundance amount of work and projects. This weekend I have to do two essays, work on two presentations and make a poem. I feel the teachers are giving us a lot of work and are putting a lot of pressure on us. Anyways Ms. Tomlin class is very funny and enjoyable. However, I hate how much work she continues to give us because it piles up and begins to be too much. Even though I know she gives us these presentation projects to prepare us for the future, it can just be very over whelming. For only the third month in school, I feel very stressed. Anyways Ms. Tomlin's class is very funny because of her personality and the jokes we can make in class. Also the topics are very interesting because we learn things about the government and how they operate. Even though the class is interesting I am still sometimes extremely confused because things like the process of making a law is very complicated to me because there are so many steps to it. I feel that eventually when she gives us a test, I will have a hard time with it. However, I am going to work hard at it because she is not lenient with her grades.

FOOD

HEY GUYYYYSSSS!!!! So this is my passion blog because on the last blog, I did class related. My most favorite thing in the whole wide world and my passion non other than FOOD. I love all types of food. I love spicy food, fried food, any type of sweet desserts, candy and I love my Spicy, Sweet Chili
Doritos. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because of all the wonderful food. I love the baked macaroni and cheese, the turkey, the ribs, the stuffing, the collard greens and especially my grandmother's string beans. My grandmother's string beans are seasoned to perfection (I know ya wish ya had some right now because I know I do). Anyways everyone knows I love my Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos. They are like soooooooo goooooddddddd. They are spicy, but then they are sweet and savory (The name speaks for itself). I eat at least one bag of them every morning and Ms. Hegeman hates that, but I'll get her to try some one day. I also love ice cream and any type of cake or pie. My favoriteeeeee flavor of ice cream is Butter Pecan because the pecans mixed with the vanilla ice cream is an amazing combination!!!! I also love hot apple pie with vanilla ice cream. The hot, sweet, flavorful pie mixed with the cold sweet flavor of the ice cream is soooooo gooooodddddd!!!!!! So I have like 20 miore words to go and then I reach the 250 word minimum. So from writing that last sentence, I reached 247 words. So bye GUYYYSSSS!!!!!

AYY!!! 2nd Blog: Connection To Class

Soooooo!!! This is my second blog and I'm still not really into this, but here we go. So in class we have been learning all these grammar rules and at first it was extremely easy, but as it goes on it keeps getting more difficult and really annoying because I keep having to revise my work and give it back in. However, I know it would help me eventually. We have also been writing our personal statements and I handed mine in (ON TIME!) today. At first when I was writing my personal statement it was difficult because I didn't want to put my business out there and then Ms. Hegeman wanted us to sit in groups of three and read our essays (OUT LOUD THO) with our group. Like really Ms. Hegeman??!!(Laugh Out Loud) However, it wasn't as bad as I thought and at the end of the day, I got my essay done. We also took a quiz today and it got me really mad because I actually studied, but for some reason I kept second guessing myself because the definitions giving on the paper just didn't didn't seem like it matched the definitions I received and had on my paper. I think maybe I just have to take my time and really read and try to understand the definitions Ms. Hegeman provides us with, but it is just really confusing at times. Anyways, we also had to grade some AP Essays today and Ms. Hegeman was getting mad at my group, which consisted of Jaylene, Lavonnie and Miles (I wish we could tag people on this, but whatever). My group wasn't on task like we should have been, but we got it done anyways though HA! Well I'm done, I'm over 250 words so bye! <3

P.S: Ms. Hegeman loves telling me I'm eating bad in the morning, but those spicy, sweet Doritos are really, really, really good though. I'm just going to buy her some, I think she secretly wants to taste one. (Laugh Out Loud) HEYYY MS. HEGEMAN!!!!  

OMG! My First Blog

So the only reason I'm doing this blog is because Ms. Hegeman assigned it because I'm not a blog type of person. She told me if I didn't have anything to write, then just write about myself, so I'm going to share a only a few things about myself because I don't want everyone in my business (Laugh Out Loud). So I'm 16 years old and I won't be 17 until December 13th (Everyone remember my birthday, I will be grateful for the gifts I receive). A lot of people call me young, but if you think about it, I will be graduating from high school at 17, while most is graduating at 18. HA! ya mad or nah? No, but for real , I believe I'm a very nice person and I try to be friendly with everyone. I am really goofy and love to laugh at any and everything because that is just my personality. I'm a very humble and simple girl, I feel it doesn't take a lot to please me so If you guys get me gifts for my birthday it will mean a lot :). I'm happy to finally be a senior because I'm more than ready to get out of high school and start my life on my own as an independent woman. However, this senior year is starting off to be more than stressful, but I am a strong person and I know I will be graduating on time with a great college to go to.But yea, I reached more than 250 words so I'm done with this blog. Hope you guys liked learning a little about your fellow classmate. :)
